We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our team at our Returns team at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all stock returns which have been created on the system are accurate in order to be processed in a timely manner.

Hourly Rate: £12.95 P/H ( + shift bonus)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.30

The role consists of:
- Check stock return statuses on the system to ensure correct stock has been assigned
- Make outbound phone calls to stock return system users to clarify missing/incorrect information
- Investigate stock return discrepancies on customer's accounts
- Correct incorrect returns on the system to ensure system accuracy
- Process the stock returns accordingly (physically and systematically)
- Chase outstanding returns with relevant departments
- Communicate feedback to Manager
- Provide telephone support to stock return system users
- Assist with physically moving stock and arranging it in order for quick processing
- Assist with stock takes for leavers and QC department
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to work to an extremely high quality standard
- Good time management skills
